Brisbane’s first licensed fromagerie is very big and very cheesy.
Fromage is the stuff of every cheese lovers’ dream – a full service restaurant with all offerings based around cheese, a wine bar with cheese flights (think a passport of cheese and wine pairings from the likes of Spain, France and Australia) and even a takeaway coffee window with the greatest cheese toastie menu known to man. And don’t even get us started on the glass-sided, walk-in cheese room positioned right in the centre of the restaurant. With over eighty types of cheese on offer it enables customers to taste and try, then take the cheese experience home with them.

Owner and General Manager Tony Launay fronts the operation, which is a culmination of over a decade of experience, starting from his hometown in France and encompassing venues in England, Spain and Canada. 

So why not stop by, sample some cheese, stay on for an aperitif and enjoy our hospitality.
